The film is a Drama.
The story is about a 12 year old girl named Lucy and her older brother Chris and it takes place in the 1970's in the Okanagan.
The film begins when Chris is let out of a juvenile detention centre and returns back to his family, and then Lucys attempt to do everything she can to keep him from being taken back.

No, you will be given a few lines to read when you come to the casting call

What takes place during the casting call?
When you arrive you will fill out a form with your personal information (contact numbers, email etc.) Then a digital photograph will be taken and receive lines to read. Then, in groups of one or two, you will be in a room with the director, writer and videocamera operator where you will be videotaped and asked to perform the lines and also to experiment with different ways to say the line.
